By playing Trust Me on this website or in the Trust Me apps ("the Game") you agree to these terms.

The Game

The Game is free to play. Online rooms are provided as is, may be changed, paused or discontinued at any time, and are not guaranteed to be available. We may limit how many rooms a device can create and close rooms that are idle or run too long.

Fair play and conduct

Choose a nickname that would not offend the people you invite. Do not try to disrupt rooms, flood the service, reverse engineer the server or interfere with other players. We may disconnect or block devices that abuse the service.

Your content

The only content you provide is a nickname and in-game reactions. They are shown to the players in your room and deleted with the room.

Intellectual property

The Game, its artwork, name and code belong to the operator of Trust Me. You may play it and share room links; you may not copy, sell or redistribute it.

No warranty

The Game is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from playing or from the service being unavailable.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
