Privacy policy
Last updated 8 October 2026Trust Me is a card game you can play on this website and in the Trust Me apps ("the Game"). This policy explains what the Game collects and what happens to it. The short version: there are no accounts, no advertising and no tracking, and match data is deleted within hours.
What we collect
- Offline play collects nothing and sends nothing. Your settings and local statistics stay on your device.
- Online play sends what a match needs: a random device identifier generated by the Game, the nickname and colour you chose, your moves, reactions and the time of each action. The server keeps the match state of your room while the room exists.
- Technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes connection data such as your IP address to deliver the service and to protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for their handling.
What we do not collect
No name, email, phone number, contacts, location, advertising identifier or payment information. The Game contains no analytics or advertising software.
How long we keep it
A room is deleted when the last player leaves, at most about two hours after it was created. Nothing about a match is kept after that. Operational logs at Cloudflare are retained for a short period according to their standard settings.
Why we process it
To run the match you asked for and to keep the service working and safe. This is our legitimate interest and the performance of the service you requested.
Children
The Game is suitable for all ages and collects no personal profile. Nicknames are visible only to the players in your room, who you invite yourself.
Your rights
Because no account exists and match data is deleted automatically, there is nothing to export or correct. To delete all local data, delete the app or clear your browser's site data for this website. If you have a question or a request about your data, write to hello@playtrust.me.
Changes
We will update this page if the Game starts collecting anything new, with the date above.
